Special workshop for Russian-Chinese collaboration development will be held in the framework of the III International Educational Forum “Altai-Asia 2016: Eurasian Educational Space – New Challenges and Best Practices”, which will be held at Altai State University on 22–23 September 2016.

The organization committee of the forum has recently announced that executive director of Association of Sino-Russian Technical Universities, vice-rector for educational and methodical work of Bauman Moscow State Technical University, assistant professor, Candidate of Technical Sciences Sergey V. Korshunov will be an expert from the Russian side and head of the Department for Cooperation with Russia and CIS countries under the Office for International Collaboration of Harbin Institute of Technology, coordinator of permanent secretariat of Association of Sino-Russian Technical Universities Mei Wenzhang from the Chinese side.

“Altai-Asia 2016” in general and this workshop in particular has been supported by executive director of Russian Classical Universities Association Eugenia V. Karavaeva, who will attend the forum and present the report titled “Shaping of the Russian National Qualification System: New Opportunities or New Barriers for Harmonizing Russian Educational with Global Educational Sustems”.

Participants of “Altai-Asia 2016” are also going to discuss the issues concerning global competition and universities’ development strategy within Eurasian educational space, Russian and foreign experience in universities integration, new models of education practical orientation in modern universities, international standards and modern approaches towards education quality assurance in Eurasian cooperation and so on.

Forum “Altai-Asia 2016” has been held at Altai State University since 2012 under the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, SCO University, Eurasian Universities Association, BRICS Network University, Russian Classical Universities Association and Association of Asian Universities.
