Scientists from 11 countries of the world will take part in the conference on human health issues organized by ASU

Altai State University is getting ready for the International Scientific and Practical Conference with on-line participation entitled "Psychological, Pedagogical and Biomedical Problems of Human Health".

In the autumn of this year, the flagship university of Altai Krai will for the first time become a platform for a large-scale scientific and practical event dedicated to human health issues. From November 22 to 23 representatives of leading universities and research institutes from 11 countries of the world will gather at ASU: Bulgaria, Israel, Hungary, China, Georgia, Armenia and others. Two large delegations from Belarus and Ukraine are expected to arrive, including representatives from Grodno State Medical University, Gomel State Medical University, Ukrainian Medical Dental Academy, Institute of Children's and Adolescent Health, National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Odessa National Medical University.

“The conference was initiated by Assistant Professor of the Physical Education Department at ASU Petr Ya. Dugnist. He suggested several key topics and areas for discussion at the conference and put forward the idea to combine efforts to organize the event with our colleagues from other regions and countries. For example, while preparing the project, we received serious support from Ural State University of Physical Culture and Grodno State Medical University. Our idea was supported by many scientists from abroad, including our conference in their plans and gave preliminary consent to participate in it,” Elena V. Romanova, project leader, Candidate of Philosophy, Assistant Professor of the Physical Education Department at ASU said.

The topic of the planned conference, which received grant support from the Russian Foundation for Basic Research, will allow generalizing the level and results of scientific work, basic research from leading Russian and foreign universities on health assessment, studying the influence of various factors on human health, developing preventive and recreational activities and educational programs.

According to the organizers, the holding of this conference will contribute to the expansion of scientific cooperation, exchange of experience and development of activities in the field of health care.
