Geography students from Poland undergo practical training at Altai State University

Geography students from Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań, Poland undergo practical training in Altai. Their training started on July 2. Altai State University hosts eight students, as well as Assistant Professor Cezary Mądry and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Geographical and Geological Sciences Andrei Maches visited Altai State University.

The meeting with Polish geographers was attended by: Vice-Rector for International Affairs Development R.I. Raikin, Dean of the Faculty of Geography A.N. Dunets, lecturers of the Faculty of Geography.

The practical training is supervised by Candidate of Geography, Assistant Professor of the Department of Economic Geography and Cartography D.A. Dirin. The students will conduct a joint study of the natural environment, features of the territorial organization of society and the economy in the Altai Mountains.
