Faculty of History hosted professor from Almaty

The event called Meeting with an Expert was held on 19 April at Altai State University in the framework of Youth Science Days. Faculty of History students got the chance to listen to the Candidate of History, professor of Abay Kazakh National Pedagogic University (Almaty) Rozalia R. Kairbekova.

She presented two of her books (history textbooks) and told the audience about them. Then she briefly characterized the role of Kazakhstan on the international stage, special aspects of its political system and education situation. As the lecture was based on the brilliant knowledge of material and emotional deliverance, the students were listening to it with great interest. At the end of the meeting Rozalia R. Kairbekova answered all the questions. The audience thanked her with applause, after which the commemorative picture was made.

The meeting was initiated by the Department of World History and International Relations and Mezhdunarodnik (International Relations Expert) student club. The organizers express their gratitude to Rozalia R. Kairbekova for an interesting lecture and hope to continue collaborating with her.
