ASU confirmed the status of flagship university in Expert RA ranking

According to the ranking, Altai State University took the 46th position. ASU was placed next to Voronezh State University, as well as in Interfax National University Ranking.

Altai State University confidently took the 4th place among the higher education establishments of Siberian Federal District only ceding to Novosibirsk State University, Tomsk State University and Siberian Federal University.

ASU has boosted figures since 2016. Altai State University has moved up by 5 positions in Conditions for High-Quality Training category and 7 positions in Level of Research Activity category.

Wonderful performance of Altai State University is proved by other rankings of Expert RA Agency. Thus, in 2016 ASU captured the 17th place among Russian universities that provide educational programs in Economics and Management and the 42nd place among Russian higher education establishments that carry out programs in Technical and Natural Sciences.

It is to be noted that positions of other universities of Altai Krai start from the 82nd place. Higher education establishments of Kemerovo Oblast and Altai Republic were not included in the ranking.
