Rector of Altai State University presents report on performance of the university in 2017
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Government of the Altai Territory, the administration of Barnaul, deputies of the Altai Territory Legislative Assembly, as well as representatives of the university administration, faculties, branches and college of the university, the head of the student administration, representatives of the university associations.
At the beginning of his speech, Sergei V. Zemlyukov noted that in 2017 Altai State University entered a new paradigm of its development.
“Having become a supporting university, we declared a new mission for the university, new indicators, new efficiency, and entered a completely different coordinate system - the reference university system. Undoubtedly, the status obtained is to a large extent a determinant of the new level of our work, which must be justified. And for the implementation of new tasks assigned to the university, the work of the whole team is needed,” the Rector of ASU stressed.
At the end of the meeting, the participants unanimously recognized the work of the ASU Rector in 2017 as satisfactory and approved all the provisions included in the draft decision of the conference.
