ASU was rated 25th in the ranking of Russian universities’ websites

Altai State University was included into UniRank international ranking, which assesses universities’ activity and popularity on the Internet.

ASU took the 25th position among 387 Russian universities, which was very close to such major higher education establishments Lobachevsky State University of Nizhni Novgorod and South Ural State University, and even managed to outdo 4 federal universities.

ASU captured the 5th place among higher education institutions of Siberian Federal District, only yielding the position to Novosibirsk State University, Tomsk State University, Tomsk Polytechnic University and Siberian Federal University. It is worth noting that other education establishments of Altai Krai were left far behind.

UniRank was formerly known as 4ICU (4 International Colleges & Universities: University Web Rankings & Reviews). It is an international higher education search engine and directory reviewing accredited Universities and Colleges in the world. UniRank includes 12,358 Colleges and Universities, ranked by web popularity, in 200 countries. The ranking is aimed at understanding the extent to which universities and colleges are popular internationally.
