Faculty of Mass Communication, Philology and Political Science is was formed in December 2013 through the merging of three faculties (Journalism, Philology and Political Science) and the Department of Public Relations.
The Faculty of Mass Communication, Philology and Political Science is an essential part of Altai State University. Students and lecturers have worked a lot to to be listed among the best Russian and world faculties. Students take part in internships on a regular basis. Lecturers often go on work trips in order to enter into cooperation with foreign partners. As a result, the Department of Russian as Foreign Language and Oriental Linguistics was formed. The Department’s tutors are actively cooperating with Altai Department of Citizenship and Immigration, conducting migrants examination.
