First meeting of the personnel reserve approval committee was held at AltSU

The committee was headed by Rector of Altai State University, Sergey Bocharov. The committee included President of the University, Sergey Zemlyukov, vice-rectors, heads of departments, and deans of all institutes of the flagship university.

At the meeting, applications for the personnel reserve of the university were considered. First of all, applications of candidates for the personnel reserve for the positions of heads of the departments were considered. Next, the committee examined the candidates' papers for the vacant positions of the personnel reserve in the administrative and managerial divisions of the university.

Vice-Rector for Economics and Strategic Development of AltSU, Alexander Malakhanov explains:

"Personnel reserve formation is necessary to strengthen the personnel of the university. This procedure allows not only to quickly, if necessary, resolve the issue of replacing the position of the head of a department during his or her absence, but also to raise a properly trained employee suitable for holding a responsible position for a long time. The university will actively work with everyone who entered the personnel reserve: improve their qualifications, stimulate candidates for professional and personal growth".
