Altai State University implements measures aimed at socio-economic development of Altai Krai

Altai State University is an active partner of the national project Demography in 2020.

More than 150 advanced training programs have been developed under this project in psychology and pedagogy, foreign languages, information security, programming and information technologies, social work, public administration, economics, finance and management.

University provides the full opportunity to implement distant educational programs and educational trajectories. The relevant training courses and modules have been uploaded on the educational portal of Alt State University. Additional services are also being developed for students and executive authorities; in order to provide feedback and timely information on new opportunities for further education, a hotline has been opened.

Altai State University launched free advanced training for pre-pensioners, women on maternity leave, and unemployed women having children of preschool-age children.

In total, more than 420 trainees of the above categories, including 30 women, oriented to combining parenting and working life, were trained in Altai State University's Centers of Preschool Education from January to November 2020.
