A master class on the design of New Year's letters was held at the Universum gallery

On November 21, the Universum Gallery of the Institute of Arts and Design of Altai State University conducted a master class "Letter to Santa Claus" organized by the 100 Names philokartist club, the Barnaul community of postcrossers and the Collector salon.

The participants of the master class were introduced to the secrets and traditions of writing a New Year's letter. Each letter came out creative and unique. The master class was organized by Larisa Zinchenko, a member of the 100 Names club. The representative of the Collector salon told about the required number of stamps and their location on the envelope.

“The tradition of writing a letter to Santa Claus in the Universum gallery has become constant and in demand among young citizens. Participants of the master class diligently formulate wishes, creatively decorate envelopes and sincerely hope for miracles on New Year's Eve”, said Irina Chernyaeva, Head of the Department of Art, Costume and Textile History.
