Faculty of Biology student participated in international conference in Ekaterinburg

April is a spring month, which is traditionally the time for conducting scientific conferences in universities all over Russia. ASU Faculty of Biology 4th year student Tatiana A. Kurgina participated in the conference in April as well. She delivered a report at the International Conference “Experimental and Computer Biomedicine” that was organized by B.N. Yeltsin Ural Federal University, Institute of Immunology and Physiology under Ural Branch of Russian Academy of Science, Ural Branch of Russian Academy of Science and Federal Agency of Scientific Organizations.

“I made a report at the “Biomedical Technologies” workshop of the international conference that was held in Ekaterinburg. The conference program included plenary reports and lectures by leading Russian and foreign scientists (from Belgium, Great Britain, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, the USA and so on), as well as short reports by young scientists and poster sessions,” said Tatiana.

Tatiana is a bright scientist. Her research is highly valued in the academic community. This spring she has also participated in International Scientific Student Conference in Novosibirsk, where she took the 3rd place.
