ASU geographers conquered Kilimanjaro

Following the voice of journeys and adventures, geographers of Altai State University decided to conquer new peaks during the New Year holidays. ASU Faculty of Geography alumna, senior lecturer at the Department of Recreational Geography, Tourism and Regional Marketing Marina V. Tankova climbed Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa. Mount Kilimanjaro is a dormant volcano located in Tanzania. It rises to 5,895 meters above sea level. Altai State University is looking forward to Marina’s home-coming and wishes her new victories and achievements.
