The First Vice Rector for Educational Work of Altai State University Evgeny E. Shvakov commented on the ranking results:

“The fact that Altai State University was included in such a significant ranking is a result of our work, which has been carried out for the recent years. Of course, the quality of teaching at ASU is very high, because over 90% of lecturers hold the academic degrees. Besides, ASU works hard on internationalization of education. The number of foreign students increases each year. The number of ASU lecturers, who travel abroad in order to participate in joint educational programs together with other universities, also increases. We invite more foreign lecturers to conduct classes at Altai State University. We appreciate that the status of Altai State University has been confirmed on such a high level.”
