Residents of ASU Student Business Incubator presented communication service project at NSK Startup Day

The fourth NSK Startup Day conference was held in Novosibirsk on November 16, in which residents of the Student Business Incubator of Innovation Projects of Altai State University took an active part.

One of the largest events for IT entrepreneurs this year was attended by more than 400 people from Novosibirsk, Perm, Krasnoyarsk, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Barnaul. The participants included founders of startups, successful IT entrepreneurs, investors, corporations.

ASU delegation at the conference was headed by the leading marketing specialist at the Center for the Development of Technological Entrepreneurship, Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property Management Zhanna A. Ivanova. At the pitch session of the conference, residents of ASU Student Business Incubator of Innovative Projects presented the INTRO STARTAP project, a communication service for startups and potential investors, where they can communicate in real time. A total of 28 startups were presented.

The conference participants had a unique opportunity to receive the most useful information for the development of IT and Internet business, master classes and trainings from market experts, 3 hours of individual communication with experts, including representatives of top federal corporations: MegaFon, X5 Retail Group, etc.

“Participation in the conference is a great opportunity for our residents to present their startups on the main stage in front of hundreds of students, get expert advice from successful IT entrepreneurs, and ask questions to representatives of large corporations. The entire conference program was aimed at sharing the experience of successful entrepreneurs with novice startups. This is a unique opportunity to personally hear the advice of people who have turned their startup into a successful business,” Zhanna A. Ivanova said.

It is to be recalled that the organizer of NSK Startup Day was the Internet Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF), the Russian Venture Investment Fund, established by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives at the proposal of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The fund provides investments to technology companies in the early stages of development, conducts acceleration programs and participates in the development of legal regulation methods for the venture capital industry.
