Student environmental team was created at Rubtsovsk Branch of Altai State University

The environmental team will implement projects in the field of environmental education, the development of interaction and cooperation of environmentally oriented youth associations, the conservation and restoration of natural sites, the creation and distribution of environmental awareness-raising materials and media resources on environmental and volunteer topics, as well as activities in the field of waste management and environmental protection.

The idea of creating a detachment on the basis of the institute belonged to Irina S. Kungurova, head of the student center.

“The goal of creating an environmental team is that the institute should become not only a place for training and research in the environmental field, but also a platform for the implementation of environmental projects. The environmental team will implement two main areas: the development of biological economics and the Green University project,” Irina S. Kungurova emphasized.
