AltSU participates in the federal project "Promotion of Employment" of the national project "Demography"

Altai State University takes part in the implementation of measures for the organization of vocational training and additional vocational education for certain categories of citizens within the framework of the federal project "Promotion of employment" of the national project "Demography".

RI TSU, one of the three educational organizations identified by federal operators in the Russian Federation for training activities within the framework of this project, together with regional universities, organizes training for certain categories of citizens throughout the country.

The goal of the project is to promote the employment of certain categories of citizens through the organization of vocational training, additional vocational education for the acquisition or development of existing knowledge, competencies and skills that ensure competitiveness and professional mobility in the labor market.

The following categories of citizens can be participants in the program:

• citizens looking for work and applying to employment agencies, including the unemployed;

• citizens aged 50 and over;

• pre-retirement age;

• women who are on parental leave caring for children up to three years of age;

• women who are not in an employment relationship and have preschool children.

As a result of participation in the project, citizens will receive:

• a profession in demand;

• official document on education: diploma or certificate of professional development;

• assistance in employment;

• the ability to choose a profession that meets the desires and professional opportunities.

Altai State University, based on the labor market analysis provided by the Altai Krai Administration for Labor and Employment, has developed educational programs for the professions most in demand in Altai Krai. Therefore, citizens who have been trained in the chosen educational programs will have the opportunity to find a job in the professions they have acquired.
