“The tasks facing universities in the field of improving educational programs and scientific research can be solved more effectively if they are based on the cooperative integration of the capabilities of different universities. Regional universities, through internship programs for employees and young scientists, have the potential to expand their competencies in working with the most modern equipment and technologies. Especially useful is cooperation with flagship universities, which have been able to deploy complexes of modern equipment and master advanced methods of working with them. A striking example is MIREA. The development of such cooperation will make it possible to form both high-quality training programs for enterprises in the real sector of the economy and initiate new research projects,” commented Sergey Bocharov, Rector of Altai State University.
