Altai State University regularly expands the pool of educational programs that align with the evolving demands of the economy, business sector, and labor markets. Over the past five years, the university and its branches, have obtained licenses for the right to carry out educational activities in 23 new specialties and areas of training. Each year, newly introduced programs undergo the state accreditation procedure.
In May 2025, five additional educational programs received permanent state accreditation:
ASU College
• 18.02.12 Technology of analytical control of chemical compounds;
• 42.02.01 Advertising.
Branch of Altai State University in Biysk
• 40.02.01 Law and organization of social security;
• 40.02.02 Law enforcement.
Rubtsovsk Institute (branch) of Altai State University
• 44.03.01 Pedagogical education.
Altai State University confirmed compliance with the established requirements for all accreditation indicators checked within the framework of the accreditation examination.
"Federal accreditation commissions conducted a thorough evaluation of educational programs, which included an assessment of students’ knowledge levels. The most significant factor contributing to the total points required to pass the state accreditation process was the indicator measuring “the proportion of students who successfully completed the diagnostic tasks.” Diagnostic work is a comprehensive procedure designed to assess students’ retained knowledge. It is important to highlight that the students demonstrated a high level of competency mastery. “The quality of education at our university complies with federal state educational standards,” stated Evgeniya Zhdanova, First Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at Altai State University."
