New regulations on employee remuneration

In accordance with Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of February 1, 2021 No. 71 "On approval of the Model Regulations on the employee remuneration of federal state budgetary and autonomous institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, by type of economic activity "Education", in July of this year the Academic Council adopted a new Regulation on the employee remuneration  at Altai State University. The new regulation should significantly improve the material situation of scientific and pedagogical workers, as well as increase the guaranteed share in wages. For these purposes, on July 20, 2021, Altai State University developed and approved an action plan to increase the size of official salaries. The plan envisages an increase in the size of official salaries in the near future. So, from October 1, 2021, salaries will be indexed to the predicted inflation rate in accordance with the Law "On the Federal Budget" by 3.7%, and from January 1, 2022, it is planned to increase salaries by the amount of the minimum wage growth (forecast of 4.7% increase).
