Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls
Targets
- Do not allow any form of discrimination against all women and girls everywhere.
- Do not allow any form of violence against all women and girls in the public and private spheres, including trafficking and sexual and other types of exploitation.
- Ensure women’s full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision making in University life.
- Enhance the use of enabling technology, in particular information and communications technology, to promote the empowerment of women.
Courses/modules relating to the goal
The educational programs in history aims to form holistic ideas about the development of the feminist movement, the genesis of the institution of the family, the achievement of gender equality in a historical perspective. Comprehension of the historical experience of the struggle for equality and the promotion of the achievements of this process contribute to the formation of value orientations of modern society.
