Students of the Rubtsovsk Branch of Altai State University won in the III Festival of Clubs of Young Voters

On March 13, the III Festival of clubs (schools) of young and future voters of educational organizations and youth public associations of Altai Krai "We choose the future" took place in the town of Gornyak, Loktevsky district of Altai Krai.

13 teams tok part in the competition from Rubtsovsk and Gornyak, as well as Yegoryevsky, Loktevsky, Zmeinogorsky, Romanovsky, Rubtsovsky and Uglovsky regions. The total number of festival participants was about 200 people.

The team of the Rubtsovsk Institute (branch) of AltSU was represented by four students of the Jurisprudence direction Ivan Bagaev, Shakhrullo Dodokhonov, Kirill Pokhorukov, Igor Sheshunov and a student of the Information Systems direction Sofya Podchasova. The team was accompanied by the university teachers A.A. Ivakhnenko and D.Yu. Demidov.

The festival program consisted of three contests: a video presentation contest “On Your Own Wave”, a public speaking contest “Free Microphone” and an intellectual contest “Legal Urgency”.

In the video presentation, which the participants prepared in advance, it was necessary to briefly introduce their team and accompanying teachers, talk about the activities of the club (school) of young and future voters, the youth association to improve the legal culture of the younger generation, the importance and necessity of active participation in elections.

ach competition was judged by a competent jury. As a result of the Festival, the team of the Rubtsovsk Institute (branch) of Altai State University scored the maximum number of points and was awarded a 1st degree diploma and valuable gifts.

Thanks to the victory of the students of our institute, the next, fourth in a row, the Festival of clubs of young and future voters of educational organizations and youth public associations of Altai Krai  "We choose the future" will be held in Rubtsovsk.
