AltSU offers the advanced training program "Technology for the development of electronic maps using GIS"

Dear students, undergraduates, and graduate students!

The Department of Economic Geography and Cartography offers the advanced training program "Technology for the development of electronic maps using GIS" (72 hours) on a paid basis. The program is designed for students who have no experience in GIS.

The advanced training program explores one of the most common geographic information systems - MapInfo Professional, which allows to create and analyze maps of various thematic content and purposes, to solve problems of geographic analysis of spatial data.

Upon completion of training, you will be able to create and fill in GIS projects, develop thematic maps for any territory and any topic.

Mastering the program is possible in offline and distant format.
Price: 2000 rubles (for students, undergraduates, and graduate students of Altai State University), 3000 rubles (for non-university students)
