AltSU forms the university's personnel reserve

13 March 2021 Department of Information and Media Communications
Altai State University pays great attention to the quality formation of the personnel reserve.

At AltSU, a personnel reserve commission was formed, headed by Rector Sergey Bocharov. The commission included President of the University Sergey Zemlyukov, vice-rectors, heads of departments, and directors of all institutes of the flagship university.

Aleksandr Malakhanov, Vice-Rector for Economics and Strategic Development of Altai State University, explains:

- In 2021, the formation of the university's personnel reserve, which began last year, continues. We publish information about those positions that fall under the talent pool in a timely manner. By March 20, candidates for the personnel reserve should submit documents to the personnel department. The next stage will be the next meeting of the personnel reserve commission, where each candidate will be considered. I want to note that in 2020, for the first time in recent years, a personnel reserve was formed at the university. To date, only about 40% of the positions falling under the formation of a talent pool are occupied by candidates. We want the university staff to know about the possibilities of the talent pool and actively use their right to be included in it. The personnel reserve is an opportunity for career growth, development and self-realization. The university will actively work with everyone who enters the personnel reserve: improve their qualifications, stimulate candidates for professional and personal growth, involve in the work of the university's advisory bodies, etc. We invite the university staff to actively use this opportunity for self-realization and professional growth.
