The official website of the Ministry of Science and Education of Altai Krai reported that Altai State University is launching a new season of the non-professional youth theaters project of Altai "Stories of One Land", organized by Altai State University and the Altai Krai folk group theater workshop "Homo Artisticus".

II Theatrical Marathon "Stories of One Land" is a unique project, which consists in the fact that professional directors stage a performance in an amateur theater studio. All authors whose works are used as dramatic material are residents of Altai Krai.

The II Theater Marathon "Stories of One Land" is implemented with the grant support of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs.

Tatiana Stibunova, the organizer of the project and director of the folk amateur group of Altai Krai, theatrical workshop "Homo Artisticus", commented on the project:

 The grant from the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, which I won this year at the Tavrida forum, aims, first of all, to develop amateur theatrical creativity. "Stories of One Land" is a complex project, in which the collectives create new performances, they have the opportunity to go on tour in Altai Krai. Theatrical studios of universities gladly accepted our offer to participate in the project, and we are looking forward to the premieres of their performances.

Three amateur theater studios take part in the project:

- student folk theater "Strekoza" (Altai State Institute of Culture);

- folk amateur group of Altai Krai, theatrical workshop "Homo Artisticus" (Altai State University);

- theater studio "Sensum" (The Altai branch of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration).
