ASU is the best flagship classical university by relevance in the Russian economy

Social Navigator project by Russia Today Agency published a national ranking of the Russian universities by their relevance in 2018.

In total, 444 universities of different directions took part in the ranking: engineering, agricultural, classical, humanitarian, medical and economic ones.

87 universities took part in the relevance ranking of classical universities. Flagship Altai State University took the 13th place of the ranking, losing 1 position to South Ural State National Research University, the 5-100 Project participant.

At the same time, ASU still manages to be ahead of 6 participants of the 5-100 Project, as well as all the flagship universities of Russia.

It should be noted that ASU is one of the top ten classical universities in Russia, which receive the most stable estimates of their relevance in the ranking over the past 3 years.

Among the classical universities of the Siberian Federal District, Altai State University is second only to the National Research Tomsk State University.

The national ranking of universities of the Russian Federation is annually held by the Russia Today Information Agency and assesses the demand for Russian universities in the Russian economy.
