Members of the Faculty of Law joined the advisory council on lawmaking under the governor of the Altai Territory

On October 24, 2017, the Governor of the Altai Territory, Alexander Bogdanovich Karlin, by his decree approved the establishment of the Council on Law-Making under the Governor of the Altai Territory. The council included scientists of Altai State University: rector S.V. Zemlyukov (deputy chairman of the council), head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, a representative of the Governor and the Government of the Altai Territory in the ACPS A.A. Vasiliev (secretary of the council), head of the Department of Labor, Environmental Law and Civil Procedure E.S. Anichkin, associate professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law N.A. Candrina, associate professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law A.V. Ivanov, associate professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law K.V. Cheprasov, associate professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law, chairman of the Election Commission of the Altai Territory I.L. Akimova, associate professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law L.G. Konovalova, head of the Department of Political Science J.Yu. Shashkov, head of the Department of Psychology of Communication and Psychotechnology S.G. Maximov.

The Council on Law-Making under the Governor of the Altai Territory is intended to provide scientific substantiation and expertise of draft regulatory legal acts of the state authorities of the Altai Territory, assist the Governor of the Altai Territory in developing an effective and responsive modern scientific achievements legislative system of the Altai Territory.

The wide representation of scientists of a classical university on the Council on Law-making under the Governor of the Altai Territory is a confirmation of the high appreciation of university science and the authority of legal scholars and representatives of the humanities.
