Altai State University establishes cooperation with Harbin Institute of Petroleum

Altai State University and Harbin Institute of Petroleum have signed the cooperation agreement.

The deal was made on the basis of mutual collaboration with the purpose of intensification of Russian-Chinese educational, cultural and academic exchanges.

According to the Protocol, Harbin Institute of Petroleum and Altai State University are planning to realize the exchange of students, administrative workers and teaching staff members; organize tutorials concerning students’ joint admission and education; invite teaching staff members for lecturing; hold scientific conferences; conduct joint research; etc.

Furthermore, Harbin Institute of Petroleum intends to send lecturers to ASU so that they could take master’s degree and doctoral courses. It will also receive ASU lecturers for programs in Chinese language or other majors.

The Protocol entered into force on the moment of signature.
