Information about the special rights of students entering Altai State University to study undergraduate and specialty programs under a special quota

The right to admit within the special quota belongs to children with disabilities, people with disabilities of groups I and II, people with disabilities from childhood, people with disabilities due to military trauma or illness received during military service, orphans and children left without parental care, as well as persons from among orphans and children left without parental care, and war veterans from among the persons specified in subparagraphs 1-4 of paragraph 1 of Article 3 of the Federal Law of January 12, 1995 N 5-FZ "On Veterans".

In 2019, to accept these categories of applicants, the University set a quota of at least 10 percent of the total control digits allocated to the University for the 2019/2020 academic year for each specialty and direction of undergraduate training.

The pre-emptive right of admission, ceteris paribus, is granted to the following persons:

  • orphans and children left without parental care, as well as persons from among orphans and children left without parental care;
  • children with disabilities, persons with disabilities of groups I and II;
  • citizens under the age of twenty years, having only one parent - a disabled person of group I, if the average family income is below the subsistence level established in the subject of the Russian Federation at the place of residence of these citizens;
  • citizens who were exposed to radiation as a result of the disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant and which are covered by the Law of the Russian Federation of May 15, 1991 N 1244-1 “On the social protection of citizens exposed to radiation due to the disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant”;
  • children of military personnel who died in the performance of their duties of military service or who died as a result of injury (injuries, injuries, shell shocks) or diseases that they received in the performance of duties of the military service, including when participating in counter-terrorism operations and (or) other events the fight against terrorism;
  • children of the deceased (deceased) Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation and full gentlemen of the Order of Glory;
  • children of employees of the internal affairs bodies, the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation, institutions and bodies of the penal system, the federal fire service of the State Fire Service, bodies for controlling the circulation of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, customs authorities, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, dead (deceased) as a result of injury or other damage to health received by them in connection with the performance of official duties, or as a result of illness Bani, received by them during the period of service in these institutions and bodies, and the children who were dependent on them;
  • children of prosecutors who died (deceased) as a result of injury or other damage to their health received by them during the service in the prosecution authorities or after dismissal due to injury to health in connection with their official activities;
  • military personnel who perform military service under a contract and the continuous duration of military service under a contract of which is at least three years, as well as citizens who have completed military service by conscription and who are trained by the recommendations of commanders issued to citizens in the manner established by the federal executive body authorities in which federal law provides for military service;
  • citizens who have been serving under contract for at least three years in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military units and bodies in military posts and who have been dismissed from military service on the grounds provided for in subparagraphs “b” - “d” of paragraph 1 , subparagraph "a" of paragraph 2 and subparagraphs "a" - "c" of paragraph 3 of Article 51 of the Federal Law of March 28, 1998 N 53-ФЗ "On Military Duty and Military Service";
  • invalids of war, participants in hostilities, as well as veterans of hostilities from among the persons specified in subparagraphs 1–4 of paragraph 1 of Article 3 of the Federal Law of January 12, 1995 N 5-ФЗ “On Veterans”;
  • citizens directly participating in tests of nuclear weapons, military radioactive substances in the atmosphere, nuclear weapons underground, in exercises using such weapons and military radioactive substances until the date of actual termination of these tests and exercises, direct participants in the elimination of radiation accidents in nuclear installations surface and submarine ships and other military installations, direct participants in the conduct and maintenance of the collection and disposal of radioactive substances, as well as important participants in the liquidation of the consequences of these accidents (military personnel and members of the civilian staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, military personnel of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, military personnel and employees of the Federal Service of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, persons who served in the railway forces and other military units , employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation and the federal fire service of the State Fire oh service);
  • military personnel, employees of the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation, internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, the penal system, the federal fire service of the State Fire Service, who performed tasks in the conditions of armed conflict in the Chechen Republic and its adjacent territories assigned to the zone armed conflict, and these military personnel performing tasks during counter-terrorism operations in the North Caucasus region.
