Standards of Financial Support for Orphans

On the basis of the order of the Rector from 12.01.2023 № 023/p on material provision for students from among orphan children and children left without parental support, since January 1, 2023 is:

• Provision of food (per day) - 458 rubles;
• Provision of clothes, footwear, and soft inventory (annual replenishment per year) - 91,842 rubles;
• Provision of clothing, footwear, soft inventory and equipment (upon graduation) - 95,000 rubles;
• One-time cash assistance (upon graduation) - 575 rubles;
• Annual allowance for the purchase of textbooks and writing materials:
• to students enrolled in higher education programs - 9,917 rubles;
• to students in elementary and secondary vocational education programs - 4,170 rubles.

Payments for provision of clothing, footwear, soft inventory (annual replenishment per year) and an annual allowance for purchase of educational literature are made on a monthly basis in the amount of 1/12 of the approved standard.
