The educational program is a high-tech, science-intensive and innovative field of activity that uses the latest achievements in the field of information and communication technologies and related fields. This field of study combines informatics itself and those fields in which computer technologies can be applied: economics, accounting, technological processes automation, management, design, law, etc. In other words, a specialist in applied computer science is always a two-in-one professional.
The main aim of the program is training bachelors able to solve a wide range of problems, connected with creation, implementation, maintenance and exploitation of information systems in different subject fields: economics, education, production. This program has international professional and public accreditation.Employees of regional IT-companies are involved in realization of the educational program. Leading IT companies, such as Yandex, Postgress Professional, IntegraSourses are among the industrial partners.

What training you get
A complete set of skills in developing and maintaining information systems; the ability to work in a team. a combination of high quality education, opportunities for personal growth and the creation of a wide range of professional connections throughout ASU. Students will gain skills and knowledge in the development and application of data analysis and processing techniques (including image recognition and artificial intelligence techniques), software engineering, information security, in applied modeling and innovation management.
