Currently, the hotel and restaurant business are actively developing sectors of the economy. This contributes to the development of small and medium-sized businesses and the creation of new jobs. This industry is constantly in need of high-class specialists who know how to organize this type of activity and offer unique services to provide high service. That's why bachelors are in demand on the labor market, and the need for such specialists will only increase in the future.

The program is practice-oriented, which ensures the ratio of theoretical and practical training in the educational process. The educational process is provided by highly qualified teaching staff and participation of specialists working in the hotel and restaurant business. A unique environment of business and intellectual communication is created. The internship and pre-diploma practice are provided on the basis of hotel enterprises of Barnaul, Altai region, public catering enterprises, tourist complexes of Altai region, as well as on the whole territory of Russia and abroad.

What training you get

The program prepares bachelors to solve non-standard tasks from real practice, using interactive educational technologies, game and case-technologies, group trainings, developed together with the experts from hospitality and catering industry: to plan, manage, develop and implement projects, aimed at development of hospitality and catering organizations. Interaction with partners in the restaurant and hospitality business through internships and practices allows students to acquire connections in the professional environment and on the basis of the accumulated experience to effectively manage activities in this area.

Career opportunities and graduates

The program is aimed at training and forming a new generation of qualified specialists in the field of management of hotel and restaurant business, it is adapted to the modern standards of Russian and international companies in the hospitality industry. Graduates of the program find jobs in hotel and restaurant chains and take up the positions of a director, department manager, specialist in sales, planning, development, marketing and advertisement departments. Besides, the knowledge acquired during the program enables the graduates to run their own business in the hotel and restaurant business.
