1. Successful preparation and defense before the commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of the program of strategic development of the university, obtaining the basic part of the grant support of the Priority-2030 program.
2. Successful completion of the AltSU development program in 2017-2021 in terms of dynamics, results achieved and external evaluations as a flagship university in Russia, despite a number of unfulfilled indicators.
3. High positions in the following global rankings:
QS World University Rankings 2022 - position 561-570;
THE Impact Rankings 2021 - position 101-200;
RUR 2021 - entry into the TOP-15 universities of the Russian Federation in the areas of "Life Sciences", "Humanities", and "Social Sciences".

1. Successful development of educational sites “Talent22”, “House of Scientific Collaborations”, “Sirius”, “Ticket to the Future”.
2. Obtaining the status of the federal innovation platform “New Models of Pedagogical Education at the University”.

IN THE FIELD OF SCIENCE AND INNOVATION:
1. Reaching of 245.1 million rubles for R&D funding (457 thousand rubles per 1 faculty member).
2. Increase up to 70% in Q1 and Q2 publications such as Article and Review, and up to 27% of publications in the top 25% of world scientific publications.
3. Publication of 4 articles in the journals Nature and Science based on the results of archaeological research.
4. Successful implementation of the project “Turkic-Mongolian world of the Great Altai” (ethnographic expedition, virtual museum, etc.).
5. Participation in the international malaria research project (supported by the Bill Gates Foundation).

11. Conclusion of 7 license agreements for the transfer of intellectual property.
12. Conducting more than 100 scientific events of various status, including II International Altai Forum and III International Biotechnological Symposium "BIO-Asia Altai - 2021".
13. Students and young scientists of AltSU received 2 grants under the “UMNIK” program and 2 grants - under the “START” program of the Innovation Promotion Fund, won the Regional Competition “NTI Projects”.

IN THE FIELD OF INTERNATIONAL ACTIVITIES:
1. The record value of the share of foreign students in the given contingent following the results of the admission campaign of more than 20%.
2. Opening of 19 new joint educational programs, including 4 - with universities from the TOP-500 international rankings.
3. Increasing the number of foreign faculty members of the university up to 70 people.

1. Creation of educational platforms for the regional project “Talent 22” (mathematics, journalism, biotechnology) and the opening of a key center for additional education “House of Scientific Collaborations”.
2. Expansion of the list of interuniversity Olympiads for schoolchildren held at the AltSU site (+2 - Olympiads in the field of pedagogical sciences, computer science), organization together with the Education Committee of the city of Barnaul “Schools for Gifted Children”.
3. Enrollment of 26 prize-winners and winners of All-Russian Olympiads in AltSU, which allowed AltSU to enter the TOP-5 universities of the Siberian Federal District in this indicator.
4. Becoming a participant in the program for schoolchildren “Sirius. Summer: start your project.”
5. Recognition of the AltSU project on the topic “Development and implementation of models of targeted work with talented schoolchildren using university resources as part of additional education for children” as one of the best practices for organizations that have the status of a federal innovation platform.

2. Licensing of 5 educational programs, including according to the new UGSN 32.00.00 "Health Sciences and Preventive Medicine" (32.04.01 "Public Health").
3. Development of 39 new basic professional educational programs.
4. Introduction of general university modules into 32 educational programs that ensure the formation of relevant professional competencies (interdisciplinary, IT competencies, competencies for team implementation of full life cycle projects focused on the end user of the created product, etc.).
5. Transition to a new model of educational programs based on flexible individual educational technologies in related areas of training with priority on-line and network learning.
6. Achievement of 45.7% of the number of students (given contingent) in project-oriented educational programs involving team implementation of full life cycle projects.

IN THE FIELD OF SCIENCE AND INNOVATION:
1. Achieving the highest level of publication activity according to the gradation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (Order on Evaluation of Effectiveness) at AltSU (more than 101 publications per 100 faculty members in Scopus/Web of Science), entering the first group of efficiency in terms of citation in the indicated scientometric databases.
2. Creation of the Laboratory of mathematical and computer modeling in natural and industrial systems together with M.A. Lavrentiev Institute of Hydrodynamics of SB RAS, Novosibirsk.
3. Support:
  - 15 projects of young researchers based on the results of the RFBR competition "Postgraduate students";
  - 6 RSF projects based on the results of the competition "Conducting fundamental scientific research and exploratory scientific research by individual scientific groups";
- the RSF project within the framework of the competition "Conducting research by scientific groups under the guidance of young scientists";
- 5 projects of young scientists by the Grants Council of the President of the Russian Federation;
- 2 projects within the framework of the RFBR international competition - Mongolia;
- a project within the framework of the competition for the best scientific projects of fundamental research in the field of socio-political sciences, jointly held by the RFBR and ANO EISI.
4. Support under the grants of the President of the Russian Federation for two leading scientific schools of the university.
5. Obtaining and successful implementation of the major project "Turco-Mongolian world of the Greater Altai: unity and diversity in history and modernity", the creation of the international scientific and educational center of Altaic and Turkic studies "The Greater Altai" on the basis of Altai State University.

IN THE FIELD OF INTERNATIONAL ACTIVITIES:
1. Achievement of the planned share of foreign students in the given contingent - 17%, including 1% of students - on network programs with foreign universities.
2. Achievement of a 6% share of foreign faculty of the university.
3. Launch of 9 new joint educational programs, including 4 with the universities of the TOP-500 international rankings.
4. Holding significant international events under the conditions of epidemiological restrictions: the IV Congress of the Association of Asian Universities, the International Conference on Regional Aspects of Education Export and the advanced training program for managers and employees of international services of universities in the Siberian Federal District (together with RUDN), the Russian-Japanese round table on cooperation in the format "Universities - regional authorities - business" (jointly with the University of Hokkaido).

IN THE FIELD OF DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT STRATEGY:
1. High positions in three global rankings:
global THE Impact Rankings 2019 - with position 58;
global ranking U-Multirank 2019 - with position 78;
RUR global ranking (Round University Ranking) - 424th position in the world (14th position in the Russian Federation) in the direction of "Humanities" and 450th position in the world (15th position in the Russian Federation) in the direction of "Life Sciences".
2. Entry into the 1st league of the national aggregate ranking and among the 10 universities in Russia that have only the highest marks in all areas in this ranking.
3. Successful implementation of the program for the development of the university as a flagship university: The Council for the implementation of programs for the development of flagship universities, which are of key importance for the industrial and socio-economic development of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, decided to additionally finance the development program of AltSU in the amount of 47.8 million rubles.
4. Successful implementation of the development programs of the University as a university center for innovative, technological and social development of the region: AltSU fulfilled 100% of the project targets.
5. Recognition by Federal State Budgetary Institution "Rosakkredagestvo" of the endowment fund of Altai State University as the "Best Practice" in assessing the potential of Russian universities that provide training for the economy and social sphere of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, within the framework of the Federal Project "Young Professionals (Increasing the Competitiveness of Vocational Education)".

 IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES:

1. The University successfully certified: 205 educational programs in 28 enlarged groups of specialties and directions were accredited in the parent organization, in the Rubtsovsk Institute (a branch of Altai State University) - 20 EPs in 5 enlarged groups of specialties and directions, in the AltSU branch in Biysk - 5 EPs in 3 enlarged groups of specialties and directions, in branch of AltSU in Belokurikha - 4 EPs for 2 enlarged groups of specialties and directions.
2. A license was obtained to carry out educational activities under 2 basic professional educational programs - 11.04.02 Information technologies and communication systems; 40.05.01 Legal support of national security - in the parent organization and 2 specialties from the list of the 50 most demanded in the labor market, new and promising professions SVE - 43.02.14 Hospitality; 09.02.07 Information systems and programming in the parent organization and the Rubtsovsk Institute (a branch of AltSU).
3. Recruitment for 77 new basic professional educational programs was carried out, synchronized with the priority directions of the development of the university and the development priorities of Altai Krai; 59 basic professional educational programs have been transformed into implementation based on modular training, which ensures the formation of relevant “end-to-end” SOFT competencies, IT competencies, and competencies for team implementation of full life cycle projects.
4. Entry into the TOP-10 universities of the Russian Federation in the national ranking of educational organizations "First Mission" was ensured.
5. An increase in the average USE score to 73.85 points was achieved (72 in 2018) and entering the TOP-3 classical universities of the Siberian Federal District according to this indicator.
6. Compared to the previous year, the number of prize-winners and winners of All-Russian Olympiads who entered AltSU to study increased: 27 people (26 in 2018), which allowed to take a leading position among 33 flagship universities of the Russian Federation according to this indicator.
7. Successfully passed international professional public accreditation of 6 educational programs: 38.03.01 Economics, profiles "Finance and Credit", "International Economics", "Economics"; 38.03.02 Management; 38.04.02 Management, profile "Production management of innovation-oriented organizations"; 05/38/01 Economic security, specialization "Economic and legal support of economic security", according to the results of professional and public accreditation, the University takes 13th place in the Russian Federation in the ranking.
8. A record level of employment in Altai Krai of Altai State University graduates was achieved according to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in Altai Krai - 77.6% (+12.6 p.p. compared to 2017) and entry into the TOP-20 Russian universities in terms of salaries of graduates working in the field of "Finance and Economics" and "Jurisprudence".
9. AltSU College showed high results in the WorldSkills regional championship, which allowed to take the highest position of the college among the universities of the region and enter the TOP-3 organizations of the region in the ranking of monitoring the quality of training of educational institutions implementing SVE programs.

IN THE FIELD OF SCIENCE AND INNOVATION:
1. The highest level of publication activity according to the gradation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (order on evaluating the effectiveness of NRUs) (more than 101 publications per 100 faculty members both in Scopus and Web of Science), entering the second group of NRU effectiveness in terms of citation in these scientometric bases and in the TOP-10 universities of the Russian Federation in the ranking in terms of performance indicators of federal budgetary and autonomous educational institutions of higher education and the work of their leaders.
2. Publication by the Science publishing house, which is in the TOP-3 scientific journals of the planet, of an article based on the results of an international study in which AltSU scientists took part: Doctor of History, Professor, Head of the Department of Archeology, Ethnography and Museology A.A. Tishkin, Professor of the Department of Archeology, Ethnography and Museology, Doctor of History S.P. Grushin and Doctor of Historical Sciences, Head of the Department of Regional Studies of Russia, National and State-Confessional Relations P.K. 3. Support by Grants of the President of the Russian Federation for two leading scientific schools (Maksimova S.G., Doctor of Social Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Psychology of Communications and Psychotechnologies and Lysenko Yu.A., Doctor of History, Professor of the Department of Oriental Studies) and support by grants within the framework of the national project "Science" of the Laboratory of Mathematical and Computer Modeling in Natural and Industrial Systems under the direction of S.A. Sazhenkov, project E.A. Shershneva RFBR “Stability” and 7 projects of graduate students within the framework of the federal project “Development of Human Resources in Research and Development”.
4. Support by grants from the Russian Science Foundation for six research teams of the university (German D.A., Dashkovsky P.K., Lysenko Yu.A., Tishkin A.A., Seregin N.N., Bryukhanov E.A.).

IN THE FIELD OF INTERNATIONAL ACTIVITIES:
1. AltSU joins the consortium of leading Russian universities that create foreign resource centers that promote Russian education abroad, and receive the highest grade “A” in the “International Recognition” ranking.
2. Holding the first International Altaic Forum "Turco-Mongolian World of the Greater Altai: Historical and Cultural Heritage and Modernity" and entering the TOP-30 of the National University Ranking in the direction of "International Activities".
3. Increase up to 14% of the contingent of foreign students and entry into the TOP-10 ranking of the attractiveness of Siberian universities for non-resident and foreign students.
4. Opening of 7 new joint educational programs for foreign students, and entry into the TOP-30 universities of the Russian Federation in the international ranking QS-Developing Europe and Central Asia 2020.

Decision: to recognize as the main results in the development of the university in 2018:

IN THE FIELD OF DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT STRATEGY:
1) High position in three global rankings:
global ranking QS World University Rankings® 2019 - with a position of 601-650;
global ranking of "young" universities of the planet QS Top 50 Under 50® 2019 - with a position of 91-100;
RUR global ranking (Round University Ranking) – 392 position in the world (8 position in the Russian Federation) in Life Science (Life Sciences).
2) Successful implementation of the university development program as a flagship university: The Council for the implementation of flagship university development programs that are of key importance for the industrial and socio-economic development of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation included ASU in the TOP-15 universities in terms of efficiency and decided on additional funding for the ASU development program in the amount of 32 million rubles.
3) Successful implementation of university development programs as a university center for innovative, technological and social development of the region: ASU met 100% of the project targets.
4) Recognition by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation of the interregional project "University Express" as "Best Practice" within the framework of the federal innovation platform of ASU "Development and implementation of models of targeted work with talented schoolchildren using university resources as part of additional education for children."

IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES:
1) Increase in the number of prize-winners and winners of the All-Russian Olympiads who entered ASU to study: 26 people (19 in 2017).
2) Increase in the average USE score to 72 points (71.6 in 2017).
3) A 25% increase in admission to the ASU College under contracts for the provision of paid educational services.
4) Holding the I qualifying championship Young Professionals (WorldSkills Russia) of ASU.
5) A license was obtained to carry out educational activities for the new training group 27.00.00 "Management in technical systems". Within the framework of this UGSN, two undergraduate programs were licensed: 27.03.0 "Quality Management" and 27.03.03 "System Analysis and Management". Recruitment for the programs is planned for 2019.
6) Recruitment was carried out according to the new enlarged groups of specialties and directions - 44.00.00 "Education and pedagogical sciences" for 2 educational programs (master's level): "Teacher of school and additional education in the field of biology and ecology" and "Theory and practice of vocational training in the field of tourism".
7) Agreements have been signed and implementation of 12 new network educational programs has begun in cooperation with leading universities, flagship universities, academic institutions of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and state research institutes.
8) The "Technological Entrepreneurship" module is included in the main professional educational programs for undergraduate and specialist degrees in the natural sciences, geographical, physical-technical and chemical-biological profiles of training areas (16 educational programs).
9) 36 master's and postgraduate educational programs include modules / sections of business planning in general professional courses (for example, "Economics", "Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship") and in special academic disciplines (for example, "Development of small business", "Fundamentals of project -oriented planning”, “Creation and development of a small innovative enterprise”, etc.).
10) Project-oriented programs are provided for 17 basic professional education programs  (directions of training 03.03.03. Radiophysics; 03.04.01/ 04.03.01 Chemistry; 06.03.01 / 06.04.01 Biology; 09.03.03 Applied Informatics; 19.03.01. Biotechnology; 35.03.10 Landscape architecture, 39.03.02. Social work, 39.03.03. Organization of work with youth, 54.03.03. Art of costume and textiles, profile "Artistic costume design", etc.).
11) As part of the activities of the Tomsk Regional Competence Center (participant in the Project 5-100) in the field of online learning, in May 2018 and in the period October-December 2018, about 900 students were trained.
12) 5 educational programs got professional and public accreditation in 2018.
13) In 2018, for the first time, the level of employment in Altai Krai of Altai State University graduates, according to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation  in Altai Krai, reached the level of 75% (+6 p.p. by 2017).

IN THE FIELD OF SCIENCE AND INNOVATION:
1) Increase to 81.8 million rubles of the volume of orders for R&D from the local and regional budgets, as well as from enterprises in the real sector of the economy of Altai Krai, which is the highest level of raising funds for the implementation of projects in the interests of developing the economy and social sphere of the region over the past years (in 2017 - 55.5 million rub.).
2) Opening of the dissertation council D 212.005.11 on the basis of the university in the specialty 08.00.05 - Economics and management of the national economy (regional economy, economics, organization and management of enterprises, industries, industrial complexes) (Economic sciences).
3) A 1.4-fold increase in the publication activity of university scientists in leading scientific journals indexed by Scopus and WoS.
4) Third place of the university in terms of citation of scientific publications among the flagship universities of Russia.
5) Inclusion of the journal "Acta Biologica Sibirica" into the list of publications indexed by the Web of Science and inclusion in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission.
6) Inclusion of the scientific journal "Turczaninowia" in the list of leading Russian journals - Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) on the Web of Science platform.
7) 2.4 times increase in the number of patents received by university scientists in 2018 (2017 - 12 patents, 2018 - 29 patents).
8) Entry of the university into the "Ranking of Entrepreneurial and Inventive Activity of Russian Universities" with the highest positions in the "quality of patents" direction.
9) Raising 12 million rubles from innovation development institutions to support university startups under the START, U.M.N.I.K., NTI Projects programs. 10 projects received financial support.
10) Creation of 4 new innovative companies in the interests of commercialization of the results of the intellectual activity of the university.
11) Increase to 72.6 million rubles turnover of small innovative companies of the university (in 2017 - 69.6 million rubles).
12) Conducting a large international scientific forum on the basis of the university - the XXVI European Cosmic Ray Symposium (ECRS), in which about 200 participants from 23 countries of the world took part.

IN THE FIELD OF INTERNATIONAL ACTIVITIES:
1) The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation allocated 32 quotas for the preparatory department for training foreign students through budgetary allocations, of which 15 people will enter the main educational programs of AltSU in the future.
2) In 2018-2019 academic year, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation allocated 39 quotas to AltSU for budget places outside the target admission level for training foreign citizens in basic educational programs.
3) The indicator for the share of foreign students of 12% was achieved.
4) About 37 new, including interfaculty, agreements on scientific and educational cooperation were signed.
5) In the reporting year, 442 students took part in student academic mobility programs: 202 students in incoming academic mobility programs, 240 students in outgoing mobility programs.
6) In the reporting academic year, 560 scientific and pedagogical workers took part in academic mobility programs: 425 people under incoming academic mobility programs, 135 people under outgoing mobility programs.
7) The admission of foreign teachers, scientists and specialists in 2018 amounted to about 200 people, of which 32 were on a permanent basis for conducting training sessions.
8) More than 150 articles of teachers, staff, graduate students and students were published jointly with foreign scientists, more than 200 publications in English-language journals.
9) The Ministry of Education and Science supported two grant applications from AltSU under the Federal Target Program "Russian Language" for 2018. Federal funding in the form of subsidies for these grant projects in 2018 amounted to 3 million rubles.
10) The total amount of funds received by the university from foreign citizens and foreign legal entities from educational and other income-generating activities in the reporting period amounted to 34 million rubles, of which more than 27 million were for educational services.

IN THE FIELD OF EXTRA-EDUCATIONAL WORK:
1) In 2018, the “Lawyers for the Citizens” project won a grant from the President of the Russian Federation and was held twice - in April-May and October-November. Projects to improve legal literacy have become systematic; the number of involved citizens in 2018 amounted to more than 2,000 people (2 educational sessions in the municipalities of Altai Krai, a permanent consulting platform for the population of the region on legal issues "Legal Clinic "Femida").
2) 10 events were held in various formats to improve the financial literacy of the population with the support of the Government of Altai Krai and the Region Publishing House, in particular: the financial literacy festival “SMART-Finance” (more than 400 people), the conference on financial literacy (more 150 people), financial battles, the number of participants (more than 100 people).
3) "Center for Culture and Education" and "Center for Continuing Art Education" implemented brand and socio-cultural projects. In 2018, they held more than 30 concert programs and entertainment events, which made it possible to attract over 10,000 spectators. More than 2,000 schoolchildren visited the subscription "Music Lessons". In addition, the university began to use elements of its infrastructure as a central venue for city-wide creative events (more than 10 events were held in the University Yard in 2018).
4) The number of students involved in volunteering more than doubled. Volunteer associations of the university held 135 actions. The number of volunteers involved is 947 people. Through the volunteer center Svoi, the Center for Conflictological Counseling, the Center for Student Creativity and Leisure, the League of Students, an active part of the student community was involved in 46 socially useful events at the regional and city levels (more than 2,500 people).

IN THE SPHERE OF INFRASTRUCTURE MODERNIZATION:
1) The comfortable environment for students to live was expanded. In 2018, the new dormitory "University" was occupied with an area of 21549.1 sq.m., with a capacity of 1000 people.
