On June 14, Altai State University started the implementation of the program for advanced training of public servants “State Publications as Social Transformation and Development of Digital Communications in Altai Krai.” This is the first time such a program has been conducted at the Center for Retraining and Advanced Training of State and Municipal Employees of Altai State University.

Public servants of ministries and departments involved in media communications in the city of Barnaul came to receive advanced training. During the 3-day intensive course, they will gain knowledge of how to develop the official pages of various departments in modern conditions. The program was developed by Candidate of Philological Sciences, an associate professor of the Department of Media Communications, Advertising Technologies and Public Relations of the Institute of Humanities, Director of the MediaHub media community Ekaterina Valyulina and an associate professor of the same department, Head of the EdTech laboratory MediaHub Anna Zherebnenko.

Vitaly Mishchenko, Director of the Center for Retraining and Advanced Training of State and Municipal Employees of AltSU, and Evgeniy Nechepurenko, Head of the Regional Management Center of Altai Krai, addressed the audience with a welcoming speech.

— The law on state public pages has brought some difficulties into our lives: we now need to translate systematized concepts into practical meaning. While developing this program together with Altai State University, we focused on the topic of official pages of government authorities. There is something to work with at the regional and, in particular, municipal level. Of the more than three thousand public pages, only about two thousand public pages are active. Together with you we have to readjust this mechanism. I want to thank the university for the excellent organization, for assistance in preparing the curriculum and comfortable conditions! – noted Evgeniy Nechepurenko.

Lectures and practical classes will be held from June 14 to 16. The participants will be addressed by Sergey Bazhin, a senior specialist in social networks at the Regional Management Center in Altai Krai, Andrey Shapovalov, a specialist in video editing, Alexey Dyachenko, a specialist in working in social networks, Ivan Fomin, Deputy Head of the Regional Management Center in Altai Krai.

The first day of the program began with a lecture by Ivan Fomin on the topic “The system of formal and informal communications of civil servants, taking into account new regulations governing aspects of media communications in public administration.” Listeners were able to determine the functions and tasks of state public pages in social networks, discussed federal and regional regulations related to the topic, reviewed the ratings of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation and the Regional Management Center of Altai Krai, and also studied the dashboard of the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia.

At the end of the program, on June 16, civil servants will undergo a final certification in a round table format and receive certificates.
