How a climate change adaptation passport will help Altai Krai – climatologist Natalya Kharlamova on Mayak

Natalya Kharlamova, Candidate of Geographical Sciences, an associate professor of the Department of Physical Geography and Geographic Information Systems of INGEO of Altai State University, spoke on Mayak radio about what the agriculture of Altai Krai should prepare for in the face of climate change. Each subject of the Russian Federation must develop a climate change adaptation passport with characteristics of climate change in the region and recommendations on what should be done with those sectors of the economy that are climate-dependent. And all sectors of the economy are climate-dependent. Last year, Altai Krai also prepared such a passport. Altai State University geographers also took part in this work.
