The psychological center "PSY-contact" is a structural subdivision of Altai State University.

Goals

• provision of psychological support for personal and professional self-determination, formation and development of students at AltSU in higher education programs;

• provision students with the opportunity to gain knowledge in the field of the main activities of a psychologist;

• formation and consolidation of students' professional skills of a psychologist and formation of a professional psychological community;

• development and implementation of new methods of teaching psychology in order to strengthen and develop the connection between theoretical education and practical activities.

The psychological center is designed to provide psychological assistance and support to students of Altai State University in several areas:

1. Group psychological consultations:

• Assistance in choosing a professional direction

• Adaptation at the university

• Personality conflict resolution (lack of motivation for learning, depression, stress, crisis situation, etc.)

2. Personal psychological consultations (time to be agreed)

3. Psychological trainings on the topic:

• Stress resistance and emotional self-regulation

• Development of communication skills

• Team building

• Resume and job interview: how to interest the employer

4. Resolving conflicts in the group

Students, bachelors, masters, graduate students of Altai State University can apply for help to the Center “PSY-Contact”.
