At the beginning of the year, Rector of ASU Sergey Bocharov received a letter of thanks from Rector of TSU Eduard Galazhinsky, in which the fruitful work of the ASU team was noted in the “Employment Assistance” federal project of the national project “Demography”.

In 2023, Altai State University passed a competitive selection and was agreed by the federal operator – Tomsk State University – as an educational partner as part of the implementation of the “Employment Assistance” federal project of the national project "Demography". “Thanks to the coordinated work of the leaders of the centers for further vocational education and the faculty, as well as the quality of the programs presented in the project, the demand for the courses of further professional education of ASU went beyond Altai Krai, the number of trainees increased, such subjects as the Republic of Tuva, Vologda Oblast, and Buryatia were covered. Thus, Altai State University in the framework of the project solves socially significant issues not only in Altai Krai, but also in other regions,” commented Alexander Skrogorodnikov, Head of the Department for Further Professional Education of ASU.

It should be noted that 225 students (93%) managed to find a job thanks to their studies at Altai State University.
