“I am very glad that the Forum of Altaists was organized jointly by Altai State University and Gorno-Altai State University. Scientists from different countries - Turkic centers have come here. We have listened to wonderful reports that summarized the new results of archaeological excavations. There were wonderful moments when we saw the world famous Pazyryk burial mounds in Altai. There have been many scientific reports that link together different branches of science, they broaden the worldview of young scientists. It is important that this happened in the center of Altai - the cities of Barnaul and Gorno-Altaysk. The Greater Altai project will connect scientists from all over the world,” the scientist commented.

On October 2, the Forum participants will have an excursion program with a visit to G.I. Choros-Gurkin Estate Museum, the Bardin’s Museum, and the convent on the island of Patmos.
