From November 1 to November 3, Altai State University is hosting advanced training courses “State Public Pages as Social Transformation and Development of Digital Communications in Altai Krai” for municipal employees. The organizers are the Regional Management Center of Altai Krai together with the Department of the Administration of the Governor and the Government of Altai Krai for Civil Service and Personnel Issues.

For the second year, the Center for Training and Advanced Training of State and Municipal Employees has been collaborating with the Regional Management Center of Altai Krai in the field of training employees to work with state public authorities. This time, representatives of 35 districts of Altai Krai gathered at Altai State University.

In 2022, a law came into force obliging government agencies to maintain pages on official networks. This activity is regulated by Federal Law No. 270-FZ. All these pages must meet certain requirements: for example, have a state mark confirming the legitimacy of the public, a certain description and look, widgets for switching to State Services, etc. It is this, as well as other features of maintaining these pages, that the professional development program is devoted to.

“This year we are discussing in depth about how to organize formal and informal communication, what resources and tools to use to ensure that the federal law is implemented. The second point is coordination, how to organize everything. For example, today in practice, together with the audience, we identified the problems that arise in the implementation of this law. In the year since our last meeting, a lot has changed, we have all worked on the ground, and have encountered some difficulties in implementing this federal law. Today we are sharing our experience in order to effectively develop these state public pages in Altai Krai,” said Ivan Fomin, Deputy Head of the Center for Regional Development in Altai Krai.

Participants learned about the ranking system of local governments, media communication in municipal administration, content as a means of municipal administration, and other aspects.

“We created the official public pages of the Klyuchevsky district administration five years ago, even before the law was passed. We are running them successfully, but now we need to bring them into compliance with the law. It is very interesting to learn about some innovations, share your experience, and find out how our colleagues from other regions work. Today we are sure that we are moving in the right direction. This is confirmed by the ranking based on the results of the second quarter of 2023 – we occupy first place among districts with a population of more than 15 thousand residents,” said Irina Fisher, chief specialist of the Public Relations and Media Department of the Klyuchevsky district administration.

The training will end with a final certification and the presentation of certificates to students.
