Top 50. AltSU entered the list of the best Russian universities for training specialists in the field of state and municipal administration

On May 16, Interfax presented the results of an annual study of Russian universities implementing educational programs in the areas of study 38.03.04 and 38.04.04 "State and Municipal Administration." The study was carried out with the methodological support of the Section "State and Municipal Administration" of the Federal Educational and Methodological Association for the enlarged group of specialties and areas of training "Economics and Management". The ranking includes 50 Russian universities. Altai State University holds 41st position.

Universities were evaluated according to eight indicators, including the number of profiles of the educational program, the number of scientific publications of teachers and their citation in the journals of the Higher Attestation Commission and RSCI on the topics "State and Law" and "Social Sciences", as well as the success of students in the Olympiad "I am a professional» for State and Municipal Administration and Case Championship for State and Municipal Administration in 2022.

“The results obtained during the study will be useful to applicants when choosing educational programs and universities, and can also serve as a guide for educational organizations themselves for the further development and improvement of their educational programs,” the study notes.

The head of educational programs for undergraduate and graduate programs in state and municipal management at Altai State University is Vitaly Mishchenko, Doctor of Economics, Head of the Department of Regional Economics and Management of MIEMIS.
