Natalya Kharlamova, an associate professor of the Department of Physical Geography and Geographic Information Systems of the Institute of Geography of Altai State University, honorary worker of the education sector of the Russian Federation, labor veteran of the classical university and Altai Krai, became a guest of amic.ru.

She explained how climate change affects people's health and how governments should take into account the recommendations of climate scientists when designing new urban areas. Altai State University scientists have prepared a climate safety passport for Altai Krai; Natalya Kharlamova also spoke about what important information it contains.
