Invitation Letters for entry and visas renewal service performed by the International Relations Office through the Federal Migration Service of Russia for Altai Krai.

Please, send to the International Relations Office (kuprava@email.asu.ru or oms@email.asu.ru) the following documents for Invitation Letter for visa processing:

• completed application form (in Russian, in English);
• copy of the first page of the passport of the invited person (page with photo). If a passport is extended, it is also necessary to provide a copy of the page with the extension marks.

The processing time is about 30–40 business days from the time of filing documents to the International Relations Office.

We send the original invitation letter to you via e-mail.

Upon receipt of the original invitation letter foreign citizen applies to the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in the country of residence.
