The program aims to train highly qualified specialists in the field of international affairs. The uniqueness of the training program lies in the in-depth study of the historical context of international cooperation in different regions of the planet, as well as in intensive language training. The program is realized with participation of diplomatic service and foreign economic organizations of Altai Krai. This provides an opportunity for practical training on their basis and the formation of skills that allow bachelor graduates to be successfully employed. The program includes both theoretical and practical aspect of personnel training for business correspondence, analytical work, accompaniment of foreign delegations, assistance in establishing international contacts, participation in the work of international organizations.

What training you get

History of diplomacy, basics of international cooperation; business correspondence skills in organizing international events; referendum work; basics of negotiations, including in foreign languages; educational and auxiliary work in universities of international profile; duties of junior and middle managers in institutions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia; basic work in federal and regional government bodies; performance of duties of a referent and translator of materials from a foreign language into Russian and from Russian to foreign languages.

Career opportunities and graduates

Graduates have the opportunity to work as business and government organizations as an interpreter-referent, specialist in conducting foreign trade activities, as well as in tourism, to work as diplomats, sales representatives, editors or journalists, as well as media specialists, to teach in educational institutions, to work as a researcher in research organizations.
