The program is designed to train professionals who are prepared to develop and implement legal norms, work in the court and prosecutor's offices, and ensure law and order. The specialty provides in-depth training in the organization of judicial activity and provides the opportunity for successful employment in the judicial system. The program provides in-depth fundamental theoretical training in all branches of procedural law. The ability to ensure the safety of citizens, knowledge of methods of combating offenses - this is the basis of training in the program judicial and prosecutorial activities.

What training you get

The judicial and prosecutorial specialty is designed to train professionals who know how to develop and apply legal acts in practice. It teaches how to correctly draw up a legal document, participate in court, and conduct legal practice. How to defend and represent the interests of their clients in various legal relationships.

Having knowledge in all the main fields of jurisprudence graduates can choose for themselves other spectra of activity and will be in demand also in commercial structures, state and law-enforcement bodies, advocacy.

The teachers of the program are academics, judges, prosecutors, lawyers, notaries public, and lawyers working in the public and private sectors, which is important to the students.

Graduates of the program can represent their principals in courts of all levels, including the European Court of Human Rights.

Career opportunities and graduates

Upon completion of the course our graduates find themselves in the law enforcement and judicial authorities, in the agencies that control the security of the country, in the agencies that provide security of communication and information facilities, in the agencies that assist courts (bailiff service, agencies and institutions of justice and internal affairs, prosecutor's office).
