Regardless of the chosen program of training, graduate managers are able to use digital technologies to transform business processes and business models, manage organizational resources, conduct market research and develop unique selling propositions, as well as build company management strategies. The training helps to deepen theoretical and practical knowledge in specialized areas: content development and management, working with media tools and marketing analytics based on Big Data, staff recruitment and training, business planning, performance evaluation and optimization of key company indicators.

A graduate manager is a flexible and multidisciplinary specialist, whose main task is the development of the company, which he carries out through a set of specialized skills.
