The program prepares legal practitioners capable of solving legal and analytical problems in the sphere of application of criminal legislation. The basis of the Master's program consists of procedural-legal and judicial disciplines and a cycle of courses related to the practice of advocacy. Such integration of legal science and intensive practical activity allows to form a unique specialist able to organize detection and investigation of crimes, to develop the defense and prosecution positions in criminal cases in all spheres of application of criminal and criminal procedure legislation.
