Graduates of this program will be able to manage an organization on the basis of modern HR-technologies, develop company HR policy, manage HR departments in organizations of any profile. The program is based on close cooperation with partners and leading specialists in the industry.
Core disciplines
Training includes both basic disciplines, which are necessary for any HR professional: organization theory and organization design, organizational behavior, personnel economics, labor legislation; and in-depth study of specialized subjects: recruitment strategies, HR potential management and staff evaluation, motivation and incentives, organizational culture and internal communications management, HR audit and consulting.
Career opportunities and graduates
The academic disciplines and internship programs allow undergraduates to try their hand in different HR directions in order to choose the most interesting by the time of writing their graduate work. Depending on previous training and work experience, graduates can start or continue their career in any of the functional areas of HR: organizational development, employer brand management, employee training and development, compensation and benefits, labor relations, organizational culture management and internal communications.
