What training you get
In the course of study, students learn human resource management techniques, organizational and managerial decision-making techniques. Based on the specific training, graduates are able to plan and organize the work of a public authority, to develop an organizational structure adequate to the strategy, goals and objectives, internal and external conditions of the public authority, to distribute functions, powers and responsibilities between the executives. Regardless of the chosen career trajectory, the MSc. in their professional activity use the knowledge of modern trends in world political processes, world economy and globalization, the skills of using economic policy instruments and are able to elaborate solutions based on legal and regulatory frameworks.
